- Project Management: Experience in project management or similar roles and the ability to lead and execute initiatives successfully.
- Networking: An existing network within the textile industry or related fields can be advantageous for securing speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
- Marketing and Promotion: Experience in marketing or promotional activities will help in effectively publicising our events and attracting a diverse audience.
- Volunteer or Committee Experience: Previous involvement in volunteer work or committee roles.
- We are also looking for and welcome people to apply who have a genuine interest in events.
